Refunds and Returns

We do not offer refunds or replacements for Customer Induced Damage (CID) including but not limited to:

  • Scratches and dents
  • Misplaced/Lost/Stolen products 
  • Damaged moving parts (applies to sliding, spinning or other moving pins)
  • Damaged pin attachments (applies to Pin on Pin designs, designs with accessories like chains or magnets, designs with gems)
  • Stolen packages (after delivery)

Buyer's remorse is not a valid reason for a refund. Instead please look into other options such as trading or reselling. 

We do not accept returns or exchanges as all sales are final.

Reselling

We request that you do not resell pins for more than the drop cost plus shipping for the first 30 days. Afterwards, feel free to do with it what you will, but we do encourage you not to resell for more than double drop price.

P4P pins must always be resold for drop price + shipping (dss).

We are not responsible for any trades made outside our shop before or after product fulfillment.

We are not responsible for any damages or errors on products bought on the second hand market. 

Violation of these rules will result in penalties.
